A gem among the apple orchards of the Pays d’Auge.
Set in over 8,000 m² of secluded grounds, this beautiful, fully renovated 173 m² country house sleeps 11 adults, 2 children and 2 babies.
Quiet yet close to activities and sights (Pont-l’Évêque 15 min, Honfleur 25 min, Deauville and Trouville 30 min), you will enjoy the large pool (13 × 5 m), covered and heated from April to mid-October, the pétanque court and the in-ground trampoline. The small vegetable garden provides herbs for salads and grills on the gas/charcoal barbecue, as well as seasonal vegetables.
The house
– Ground floor: living room, dining room, large semi-open and very well-equipped kitchen, sofa-bed area open onto the dining room, shower room, separate toilet with hand basin and a children’s corner with TV and games;
– Upstairs: 4 bedrooms (the 2 largest also have a child’s bed, 150 × 70), a bathroom with shower, a separate toilet and a desk area on the landing.
The pool is heated from early April to mid-October, depending on the weather.
Bikes are available to guests (2 adult bikes, 1 for ages 3–6 and 1 for ages 6–9), as well as an outdoor table-tennis table.
Guest access
The house and grounds are entirely reserved for guests.
The pool is reserved for guests of Le Verger en Auge (and of Le Domaine du Verger en Auge when both cottages are booked together): guests renting Le p’tit Verger on its own do not have access to it.
The pool is closed out of season.

To welcome up to 16 adults, 3 children and 3 babies, book Le Domaine du Verger en Auge: Le Verger en Auge and Le p’tit Verger (5 adults and 1 child, on the same grounds) together for one group, pool included. Birthdays, family reunions, weekends with friends.
One-night weekends in low season
From November to March, outside school holidays and bank holiday weekends, you can book just Saturday night: early check-in from 12 pm on Saturday, late check-out until 5 pm on Sunday.
